Overview
The Jenko Fishing Creature Weights are not just a realistic version of your everyday weight. They are made from a super hard, high density, lead-based alloy that is actually much harder than standard lead. This gives the Creature Weights increased sensitivity so you can better feel what your weight is coming into contact with, and it also makes them more compact so they come through cover more efficiently.
They also feature an offset balance that causes them to glide as they fall to the bottom, and even keeps them turned “right side up” when they hit the bottom with your hook in the upright position. Available in a wide range of colors and sizes, the Jenko Fishing Creature Weights give your Texas-rig applications a little more life and sensitivity.

Comments: I was not satisfied with the fit and finish of the entry and exit holes that the line runs through. Mine were not uniform, and rough around the edges. The paint itself and overall look of these I like, but would not have confidence using them in a tournament from fear of premature wear and line breakage.

Comments: I don't know if it's the weight itself, but I switched exclusively to these weights this year and caught more fish on a Texas rig than I have in several years. The eye on these weights is large and definitely stands out to give the bass a better target than a standard bullet weight. I also feel like the shape of the weight gives the lure a more lifelike action as it falls or swims. It may be a confidence thing for me, but I've stocked up on both colors and every size of these weights and I will continue to use them anytime I'm flipping or casting a T-Rig. Another great Jenko product! Keep them coming y'all!

Comments: I fished with these quite a bit this last year and I can say they are worth having around but they are situational. I didn't notice any more fish compared to a normal bullet weight in most situations, possibly fewer fish in open water, but I did feel like I got more strikes in sticks, bushes, thick stemmed pads, reeds, stump fields, etc. I think that the shape of the weight causes the bait to deflect and glide little bit off of firm cover. Bottom line, I will replace these if I run out
