Comments: I'll be honest, I really wanted to like this reel it seemed to have excellent reviews but this has to be one of the worst products I've ever used in my 19 years of bass fishing. The first reel I received came in a damaged box and packaging and it almost felt like I received a display model of some sort, it was extremely rough grinding when reeled and had 0% castability, so aftering requesting for a replacement and having good customer service from the company I figured I just had a dud reel sadly the replacement I received had the exact same problems. I compared it to other brands side by side and it almost feels like someone poured sand in the gears, very disappointing don't waste your time and money with this, get a Daiwa, Abu, Shimano or even a Lews over this.

Comments: I like this reel for fishing heavy vegetation because of the metal frame. I accidentally stepped on mine a while back and sent it back to them with a broken handle totally expecting to pay for a new handle. They replaced the handle that was my fault to begin with for free. Great reel and great customer service!

Comments: When I first got this reel it was one of the better feeling reels I had used in a while. Bought in May 2020 fished the summer time and picked up back up in the spring on 2021. Rods and reels stored inside. 2021, casting the reel started making a high pitched noise when casting. Took it apart, was greased well. Added some oil to the worm gear. When putting the side plate on the plastic bar above the worm gear snapped off, making the reel worthless. I would not by another reel made by kastking (Fitzgerald).

Comments: I really like this reel especially for the price. I have had it for a couple of years now and it has held up great.
