Comments: I love these rods. I own a host of other brands, Dobyns, St Croix. The Pro series, in my view, competes well. Their company has excellent customer service if your rod suffers a mishap. I wait for a sale, will buy again.

Comments: Sad to say, I bought a "mis-aligned" rod from Duckett, like the previous commenter. Some "off-shore" rod-builder was asleep at the wheel when they made that rod and it speaks to poor quality-control. To add insult to injury, I called the company and spoke with the manager who seemed to want to shame me for even reporting it. Then, since it was new and un-used he gave me the run-around in the return process. A friend told me "Looks like you got a lemon." At that point, that rod could have been a Loomis rod and I would have never bought another one. Sent it back for a refund.

Comments: Years ago back in 2010 I got an Original Duckett Micro Magic. I bought it for the purpose of throwing a Horny Toad. I have more expensive rods but this has always been one of top 3 rods. Now this year I am going to fish the DOD tournament on Hartwell in May. So, I decided to treat myself to a new rod and reel. So I bought a New Micro Duckett Pro Series Casting Rod. It arrived today. It is beautiful and absolutely no flaws! I am matching with a 21 Shimano 201 for some bottom bumping spinnerbait action. My original still performs fantastically after all these years, and I expect nothing less from this one. Love those micro guides!

Comments: Second Duckett Pro Series rod I have received with the guide train is not aligned with the reel. All of the guides are about 10 degrees to the right.

Comments: The Duckett made, Gary Klein designed flipping rod is finally designed with Gary Klein's 14- 1/4 inch butt end; which allows the angler to have more control with most of the blank being forward and not behind your arms. It obviously has the fore grip we have seen Gary use on tour. Besides the new oversized rods, this is the biggest flipping stick on the market. 8 ft and most of that 8 ft is in front of you. If I could do something to improve the Design, I would continue to add Gary Klein's point of view, on what makes a good flipping rod. I would add the revolving guides, and also make it as stiff as the White Ice II (2). I highly recommend this stick to any fisherman who wants to totally become engrossed in their flipping game.

Comments: I've been a BIG fan of the Duckett Micro Magic Lime for years and when i heard about the Pro series coming out i was Stoked!! I bought both Dean Rojas series and let me tell you, I Love Them Both!! The 7'2H is a Awesome rod with plenty backbone to do numerous things with such as Flip/pitch, Jig, or Frog Fish.. The actions to me are a bit more stiff than the MM pro Line but on Point like Always, i am hooked on Duckett rods amd the reels aren't Bad either.. Next, i'm buying 1 or 3 of the cranking line..

Comments:I bought three of these poles here recently. I was buying a set of white ICE 2 rods but when they were discontinued I had to fill the rest of the set with these pro staff rods. I was a little skeptical as the price had dropped but when I received the polls I found them to be a little more rigid a little more sensitive and a lot lighter then their predecessor. I actually really enjoy this rod more than the white ICE 2. If you are looking for a very nice pole at a good price you will not go wrong with this buy.
