Comments: I just started throwing the Big Gamot. Bigger fish love this Frog! Caught a 6.4 and a 4 pounder already on it. Although my big bites have come from pitching into pockets, I have no problem walking and popping this bad boy. Easy hook sets on the bigger fish. Frog might be a little big for smaller fish though, as I've noticed smaller fish are missing. I did bend the hooks out a bit (not too much) to improve hookups. Will buy more!

Comments: I too have had bad luck getting this thing to glide correctly. It's like it doesn't want to turn its head to left. For me it blows out on the right. You give it some English to get that hard snap and it just goes one direction. Extremely disappointed considering the price. Which is a shame because the Pearl is such a beautiful color way.

Comments: I had a great opportunity to field test this frog. I loved it for 3 fish and then it all went to POT !!
Now mind you these fish were in the 1.5 to 2.0 range , so no giants and I also lost 2 of the same size on it.
It started ripping apart where the hook goes thru the belly, because its too soft. There has to be another type of rubber/elastomer that megabass could use to make this a much more robust frog !! I did try to glue it back together along the rip on the tummy and was successful. Still sinks though.

Comments: As a frog connoisseur I am very disappointed with this frog. I usually can come to an understanding of what the designer was trying to do and get the most out of it. This offering does not do anything well and there are better options for the same or less money that work better.

Comments: Man I really want to like this frog. It walks great, spits water everywhere but the durability is rock bottom poor for a $16 frog. I purchased a total of 5 and after a few fish each, 3 of them have spit along the belly. I was able to somewhat repair a couple of them with superglue but this has become tiresome at this point. It definitely gets big bites but the durability is a deal breaker.

Comments: I have very mixedfeelings about this frog. The pros are that 1. It has great action, I can get it to walk and pop quite easily. 2. It is soft and very collapsible. 3. It has very stout hooks and the fish I have caught got pinned really well with the extra long hook shanks. The cons 1. It is not the most durable frog after about 3 trips and 15ish blow ups the paint is rubbing off quite noticeably 2. I have just had a very poor hook up ratio, I'm not sure why maybe the size as it is a relatively large frog.

Comments:One of the best frogs I have ever used. Walks really well, great hookup ratio and love that hook. The design of the frog itself makes it a very versatile bait.

Comments:I've caught 20+ fish on this frog so far. This frog walks great and has a good hookup ratio. However the durability is not great due to the plastic being very soft. The paint was starting to peel after the first fish. It didn't stop the fish from biting but I expected a little more for the price. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5

Comments:These frogs are absolutely incredible. These frogs walk very well. Their unique catamaran mouth let's these frogs spit water as they walk. I've had a lot of success on these frogs when other frogs were not working as well, if at all. Their action is unique which draws a lot of strikes from bigger weary bass. They collapse into nothing on a strike so hookup ratio is outstanding. Best I've used in that regard actually. They do have one problem. Their paint jobs take a beating very quickly. The fish don't seem to mind and it doesn't effect the action or how many fish they catch but the paint jobs could hold up better for their price tag. You will definitely need to replace these after some use. However, given their unique action and their fish catching potential they are well worth getting more of. You can't go wrong with trying one and then you can decide whether or not they're worth getting more of. Who knows, you might find your new favorite frog.
